The design of this development is to create a new type of retail place where culture, tradition and retail are brought together in an innovative way. The entrance squares are formed by studying basic heirarchy of movements around the building.

The cube entrance structure embraces the visitors and welcomes them into a different spatial natural day light retail experience. Building facade is clad in solid frames, glass, steel and with local textural inspiration on it.
