This mixed-use development at the entrance of Makkah’s limit takes a significant direction from the area’s landscape, employing minimalist stepped-form that celebrates its setting. This development will include a retail, hotel, residential, office head quarters and exhibition space. Inspired to create a form that does not detract from the area’s natural beauty, the development was larged designed in section, effectively supplying daylight and views.
