The proposed Specialty clinic is located in the Jumeirah lake towers development. The Clinic consist of three story building with green roof and terraces and a parking structure in two levels which will be connected directly with the F cluster to allow access from the existing structure to the clinic. The main building of the clinic is a three storey building A central garden located in the ground floor allowing the patients to enjoy the spaces inside the building. The natural light permeates throughout the entire clinic through the various skylights and large area of glazing to provide panoramic views of the lake.
